How to Enter
Visit the leasing office at North Mountain Foothills Apartments during regular business hours and fill out an entry form. That’s it!
Entry limit: One (1) entry per person
Entry period: Entries accepted March 12 through May 30, 2026.

No purchase, lease, rent payment, or tour is required to enter or win.
The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 7-day all-inclusive vacation for two.

- Our team will work directly with the winner to book travel
- Travel dates subject to availability within a six-month booking window
- Taxes, travel upgrades, and incidental expenses are the winner’s responsibility

OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
North Mountain Foothills Apartments, located at 1943 W Aster Dr. Phoenix, Arizona.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The sweepstakes entry period begins on Saturday, March 14, 2026 and ends on Friday, May 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM MST. Entrants may submit one (1) entry per calendar month during the entry period, for a maximum of three (3) entries per person.
4. How to Enter
Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month, with a maximum of three (3) entries per person during the entry period. To enter, visit the leasing office at 1943 W Aster Dr., Phoenix, Arizona during regular business hours and complete an official entry form in person.
No purchase, lease, rent payment, tour, or other transaction is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: A 7-day all-inclusive vacation for two (2) people. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000. The prize includes round-trip airfare and all-inclusive resort accommodations. Travel dates are subject to availability within a six-month booking window from the date the winner is confirmed. The Sponsor’s team will coordinate directly with the winner to book all travel arrangements.
Taxes, travel upgrades, travel insurance, and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution may be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize is unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted on Friday, May 31, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, damaged, lost, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
10. Limitations of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
12. Winner List
The winner will be announced on the Sponsor’s official Facebook and Instagram pages within seven (7) days of winner confirmation.
